Chiropractic and Trigeminal Neuralgia

Chiropractic and Trigeminal Neuralgia
Trigeminal Neuralgia (also called Tic Douloureux) is a painful disorder caused by irritation of the Trigeminal Nerve, the 5th cranial.  Symptoms include severe pain in the face and jaw, skin sensitivity to touch and difficulty in chewing and TMJ movement.  This disorder is sometimes referred to as the suicide disorder because the pain can be so debilitating.  Upper cervical chiropractic care is showing good effectiveness in cases of this disorder.
