A 59 year old male presented with a chief complaint of low back pain. A comprehensive clinical approach was used including: spinal adjustments, proprioceptive, postural and seated dynamic exercises. Care involved the use of several Chiropractic techniques to address vertebral subluxations.

The patient showed improvement in all subjective and objective findings including an increase in disc height at multiple spinal levels as well as improved autonomic function.

The patient also reported a complete remittance of low back pain concomitant with increased disc height at multiple levels and improved autonomic function.
